Problem statement

When offering only a monthly monitoring methodology, risk values change so frequently that they are not really representative of risks. The problem with constantly changing risk values is that it makes it difficult for a company to develop a reliable and effective plan to mitigate those risks.

Goal

The goal of implementing a "Yearly Summary" methodology for calculating risks is to provide a more reliable and effective plan for mitigating those risks, as opposed to the current monthly monitoring methodology which results in frequently changing risk values.

Objective

The objective is to develop an aggregation method to summarize the monthly risk framework scores to present an annual summary for the risks.
